1st when someone calls to make a warranty repair,and the lady says yes to a loaner, and u get there and Jason my service guy says, sorry we cant give loaners company policy, when I took my 2015ram to ferman in wesley chapel no issue with loaner, dont they own both.. anyway jason said we will diagnose the problem 1st then get figure out what to do, I said I have a water leak in my jeep so when it rains I get about 2 inches of water on my floor board, even showed Jason the pictures, I mean xxxx anyone can look at those pics an... read more

My wife said she had never been treated with such disrespect in her life. We will never go back there for any reason. We had no idea our oil change program had expired. She was treated like a thief.

Waited over 2 months for a lease vehicle to get a phone call less than 12 hours after dropping the vehicle that the car was ready. Poor service. What an inconvenience to the customer! Dana could use a class in customer service etiquette.

Sales Mgr completely misrepresented the deal this is the First and last time using this dealer . To bad for them i trade yearly .when i buy it is top of line trucks also

Long waits, no updates, when you finally ask for an update they seem annoyed. Takes hours and hours longer than told and longer than anywhere else. We will no longer be taking our vehicle here. The last two experiences were just awful.

I do not recommend this dealership! very unhappy with the service! after I schedule an appointment because my company car key fob was not working, Service rep took the car in and started the test, after few minutes they just said the fob is bad, meanwhile I explain to him that I have another spare fob doesn’t work, and he said if we don’t have that here we don’t know what’s going on with the spare fob, the Service rep was supposed to contact the fleet department and process the repair and call me to schedule but that never h... read more

Did not even get 2 keys I really think dealer should provide 2 keys I should not have the expense of buying another key very disappointed This was not what I expected

Poor customer service I have been getting my car serviced there for the last three years. You took 10 days to get the parts to get my car fixed. In that time, you did not try to offer any other options for transportation. You knowingly were aware that the delay was your fault and my warranty wouldn’t cover it. Your initial estimate was making me liable for non approved parts by the warranty company! You caused me undue hardship, especially during the holiday season. Worse customer service I’m still at a loss how a dealership can keep a vehicle for six months and still not diagnose the problem. The first visit we were told a bad alternator. After multiple back and forth interactions we replaced the alternator. Long behold the van cut off while driving on the way home. We were told to bring it back. The second visit left my van basking in the sun untouched for months. Because they could replicate the issues. The mileage changed two miles. We were told to pick it up again.
