Poor Service, Doesn't honor terms of Extended Warranty Ferman Jeep doesn't honor the terms of the Max Care Lifetime warranty. Yesterday my 2013 Grand Cherokee broke down. There is a problem with the 4 wheel drive. I dropped it off at the service and was told that it would not be ready until Tuesday at the earliest. Vibration in my truck since a recall had been performed. I have a vibration in my truck at speeds mainly at 55 MPH and above. This has happened after a recall for a steering problem was performed. I have tried to see if I can drive one the trucks on their lot, to compare the vibration, and was advised by Mike the service manager. Not honest long wait I had an appointment at 10:30 and wasn’t out until 12:00. Jason told me when I checked on my car at 11:30 that they were just finishing up. I sat outside and waited and saw the guy grab my car and pull it in the bay after waiting 1 hour to do my oil change which took an additional 30 min. Jason wasn't honest with me when he said they were finishing up, when in fact they never started. This was my first oil change since purchasing my Jeep and I can’t say I’ll be back
Horrible wait times Schedule an oil change appointment for 8 a.m. I arrived at 7:50 a.m. my vehicle was not taking back for the oil change until 9 a.m. horrible communication and even worse service I was very disappointed in my experience every time I go in for an oil change there's always a long wait even when you schedule an appointment this should not be the case
Very unsatisfactory 3 times at shop for an electrical issue last time there they fixed the seat but never checkes the electrical issue service writer was completely unprofessional and very rude
Excessive delay in obtaining parts I brought my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee into the dealership where it was purchased for repairs on the nonfunctioning Climate Control system. After troubleshooting the system and adding Freon, the system still refused to function properly. The systems "Blend Doors" seemed to be stuck in the full hot position. Multiple failures I recently bought a set of tires from Ferman. The tires had to be ordered, and after they installed them, and I got home, I noticed they installed a different set than I ordered. When they installed the tires they also did an alignment, and I also noted the truck pulled to the left. I let them know of the errors, and 3 days later they installed the correct tires and corrected the alignment. Given the run around Steve at the service center was helpful in diagnosing my car and getting it cleaned for me as well as giving me the number to Guardian. However, since calling Guardian I’ve become aware that the policy I was sold by this dealership doesn’t cover the one single thing I had asked for. Nobody has responded to me about this or has returned a single phone call. I have left messages with Eric as well as Jonathan. Very disappointing.
people are friendly but price to value is non existent Service Consultant(s) and reception were always polite and professional. I made an appointment and then dropped my vehicle off the day before the 8am schedule time since I know it can be a little hectic for early AM service teams.
