My Durango is under the warranty and the technician was supposed to order a part for my gps that wasn’t working. No one ever called me about the part

The Jeep has problems that they could not find and fix. I am looking for another vehicle at this time. Not too happy with Jeep. I have had one since 1984

Third survey. Last two I explained the problem with service. No response guess you are not really interested in correcting issues with Jeep/Chrysler Corporation

Very disappointed with the direction this dealership has gone, I bought my Jeep from you in 2015 and while I lived in Fl had it serviced with you. After the last visit I will not return. It truly is not how it was in 2015..

I will never buy a vehicle from them again. My car was supposedly checked bumper to bumper but i noticed the first day that the rear defrost didn't work. I took it in and after sitting for a LONG time they said they found the broken piece, glued it in and i needed to bring it back the next day to make sure it was fixed. So the next day i took it back again and again had to wait A LONG TIME before they came and said it still wasn't fixed and had to give me a loaner car which was a piece of crap Jeep. Went there for insurance claim wiper blade replacements. The ones that came off were high end oem blades, Bosch to be exact. They replaced them with the cheapest 10$ blades. Pretty sad for a dealership to do stuff like that... I want what my truck came with and that's why I go to a dealership.... If I wanted chep I'd go somewhere different, but lesson learned

Steve did a great job. Van came back from the body shop with screws in three of the tires that I had to plug. Overall repair appears to be done well.

Lied to me I've had my vehicle in twice to have the fuel gun checked since I am unable to put gas in my tank. It keeps shutting off while I try to fill up. Jason told me they fixed the problem the second time I was in, but my paperwork says they couldn't identify the problem. I tried filling up with gas again, and it did not work. I don't appreciate being told it was fixed when obviously it was not. I called Jason on March 20th. He never returned my call. I called again on March 21st and talked to Cher.
