Very poor customer service He actually tried to have me arrested for complaining about the service i recieved on a Jeep GC I purchased new from Ferman. He also claimed to be the owner. He'll say it's my fault but I wasn't arrested or charged with anything, the police thanked me. He just didn't like me and thought he had a way to show power over me so he took it. Jeep corporate has apologized for him and have paid for the repair at another service center. I am still waiting for an apology from Ferman.
poor service My son's Ram 3500 was there for over 2 weeks, brake ABS alarms were both on because of low break level fluid and air conditioning antifreeze had been dumped, got it refilled at Auto Pro and blowing cold air again. Also filled brake fluid reservoir and alarm lights went off. Seem to be inexperienced with large trucks,

Saturday Service Every time I am there I had issues. I don't recommend this location for service at all . I was schedule for transmission fluid change and for that reason I took a day off from my work . Unfortunately i was again misinformed about the price they said it will cost 180$ for service and then the price jumped to 750$ and I was told that even if I wanted this service done , it is not going to happen because they have to order parts ... Inconsistent Message Didn’t want the”option” offered but was told I had to get it. My sales person said his manager it was his manager who said it. What really disappointed me was that I overheard another sales person in the next cubicle talking to a customer and saying she could do something about it probably “getting it at cost” for the her customer. The policy regarding this option (which by definition is a choice you can choose to decline) should be consistent and applied to all customers. Finally, this is not an option ... read more
Couldn’t fix problem after three tries I had to take my vehicle to another Jeep dealer b/c they couldn’t fix it at Ferman. To boot, they were not friendly and didn’t return my phone call. Thumbs down.
Recall Took car in on my vacation to have 2 recalls done. I had made an appointment a month in advance was told by the lady making my appointment they would have the parts. They fixed the recall for the air bag but couldn't replace the catalytic converter they stated they only get so many in each week and didn't have one!!!!! I had an appt and they should have set one aside for me!!!! Now I have to reschedule the appointment which is extremely unacceptable. Organized Scam I brought my vehicle in for 1 problem, but after my vehicle left it had 5 other problems,THAT IT DIDN'T HAVE BEFORE IN WENT INTO THE SHOP & over $1700 worth of needed repairs!👎🏾
Women should not use Furman service. My appointment was for 8:30 AM I left the show room at noon. They took 10 other scheduled appointments Ahead of mine and left me sitting waiting
