Very unprofessional service advisors. It sucked. Very unprofessional. Wish I could have treated them the same way but I have more class than that. After me I watched them be unprofessional to the next customer an old lady.
Length of time. I had an appointment and had to wait over 3 hours there for an oil change and tire rotation. If I have to choice to go to a different one to use my care package certificates I will.
Disappointing to say the least. Took the car in for two recall issues and was told the appointment would need to be made for at least five days out so both parts in reference to the recall are sure to be there. Upon our arrival, we were informed one of the two required parts was not there. If we had been told this ahead of time we would have rescheduled. Horrible customer service Two Saturday in a row I was told to bring my car in to service a recall that I was under the impression was previously completed ,but turned out it was not due to missing parts. Wont use this service department again Took my 2019 Jeep Wrangler in for its first oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived I mentioned that the new 2019 Wrangler require 5 quarts of oil opposed to the previous models that require 6 quarts. Get my service invoice and it says 6 quarts were added. I expressed my concerns to the service advisor who still claimed that 6 quarts was correct despite me pointing out in the owners manual where it says 5 quarts. Service department My 2016 truck should not have all these problems they cannot fix the clunking sound at 35 miles per hour everything that they repaired the interior dome light clearance lamps USB port turn signal backup camera are all broke again not to mention every time I bring it in for an oil change they print up all the services that they provide if you check personally you'll discover they did not check half of what they documented to performing. Terrible Dealership I purchased this Jeep Renegade from this dealership in December of 2017. 6 months after owning it it began jolting when switching gears. I brought it back to the dealership and dealt with Becky who is one of the worst people to talk to. I explained my issues and they dismissed them saying the could not duplicate the problem. Don’t buy the Service Plan. No matter how much they push it I will never do business with Ferman, or any business associated with Ferman. While I got the truck I wanted, at an agreeable price, I was force fed a vehicle maintenance agreement. I told finance I did not want this as I lived too far away to return for oil changes or tire rotation. Confusing information I received no comments when picking up my car. A couple of days an email from M. hughes indicated I ignored recommendations. I got none nor did I get the detailed print out of car point inspection. I am told need 2 new tires i emailed M. Hughes but no response. What is going on?
