Won't buy a Dodge again. 2018 car already falling apart. Dodge told me I'm SOL on repairing it too. I understand I'm over mileage but you'd think they would take care of an issue that is affecting all of these cars. Learned my lesson.

Went in for a leaky trans gasket, they found $4400 worth of suspension repairs that I didn’t need. Still didn’t fix the leak.

After dealing with the sales department in buying my used 2019 Dodge Ram 1500, which was a painless experince. I was very disappointed in rhe Service Department. I bought two step boards for my truck from the Parts Department. I had the the Service Department install them. They used 2 guys about 35 minutes to put them on. My bill for just the install was $216.00. I thought this was a little pricey for the job. If i would have known it was going to cost that much , i would have had put them on myself. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Service guy that I work with Brandon is doing an outstanding job he really has his hands tied my truck to thousand 19 Laramie Longhorn has jumped out of gear 15 times I sent a video to him and I’m guessing that he sent it on to hire people had no results at all they say if they can’t see it yet ain’t happening I’ve also registered with one 800 Chrysler Jamil is my person in charge of my case I have a second case number nine and of course she tells me the next time it happens just have your car towed in they don’t realize thi... read more

Mechanics don’t know how to fix your vehicle the first time. You have to bring it back over and over again. They try to rip you off overcharge you and charge you for things that is covered under warranty!! Don’t take your vehicle to this place!!!!!!!

Although everyone is very nice here, they installed my tires wrong and changed the oil and didn’t leave a new sticker as to when my next oil change would be. I don’t know if I’ll be back for any more service work. I’ll probably go to another dealer.

A lot to be desired My appointment was for 11:00. Oil change, tire rotation, Bluetooth problem. I picked up the van at around 5:45 that evening. The Bluetooth problem turned out to be “you need a new radio”, no pricing, my EXTENDED warranty ran out November 2019. “I thought” that I got the EXTENDED warranty for the life of the loan, 8 more months. I’ve called them at least 4 times this morning. No reply from Jason Logue. I guess it’s time to call Chrysler.

Dropped of 300 for 5 recalls was told it’s ready for pick up picked it up got home only one was fixed NOT HAPPY

I came in to your dealership with knocking for the bottom of my van after they checked into it they told me that the shocks and the bushings were gone need to be replaced they wanted to charge me $450 I didn’t like what I was hearing I took it to a different dealer Chrysler they told was nothing wrong with the bushings or the shocksThat was rattling and knocking on the bumper was loose and more parts on the bottom Wasloose so it’s a 2017 Dodge Caravan I was very disappointed and I felt That they were ready to scam me I Was V... read more
