I’ve contacted this dealership since 10 am on September 30th to get my car in for service due to a light that popped up on my dashboard. I was told a specialist would contact me back and to not make an appointment until they contacted me. I called back 3 times on the 30th to see what the status was of my call to get absolutely nothing. This morning my car would not turn on. Not a good visit ....Had to wait for 2 1/2 hours for a tire change.....They put in 44 psi in the tire left it dirty and left off the value stem cap.....

paid cash was interested in new truck afther the way we were treated over a simple thing as a spare key that took a month

After 4 years service dept still can't get the right phone number with the right car. How many times does it take to get this corrected. I didn't just get my car serviced.

Brought it back today. Still not fixed. Told my son they could not fix it. After the manager looked at it looks like they charged my son $300 on Saturday to fix the door that was not broken. Easy to fix a door that is not broken. Left it over night. Gave him a loaner. Hope they get it right this time. Sorry but this review is not going up on your happy customer list. In order to submit this review I had to check a service department member. I have no idea who he talked to.

Purchased a 2019 Pacifica Limited two weeks ago. I have tried 2 times to get in touch with the Isreal Cueller, promised to call me back and never did.Then I called Mark Molenda 3 times and left messages with the person answering the phone. She said she would also E-Mail Mark and tell him to call me. But no call from anyone. I guess that's the type after the sale service I can expect to receive. What a disappointment!!!! Both people should ashamed

Had an oil chance, the "change oil" light is still on. Car was left dirty, not sanitary for this virus situation!! Wanted to use Jeep rewards and service said they did not honor them.

This dealership is nothing more than a bunch of used car salesmen that only wants to get you in to charge you more dollars because they can't tell the truth during the moment. I will not be recommending even my enemies to do business with Fermon Dodge ever.

Spent too much time waiting. I am not sure why it takes so long to get a price. Also, how can the internet price be so far off of the price quoted? I understand that the internet price includes all allowances and rebates. So, even if you pull the allowances and rebates your no eligible for the prices before tax and title do not match.
