Rude Service I arrived for my appointment a few minutes late the service rep was rude saying I was late and that he didn’t think they could help me. I replied saying I was less than ten minutes late. I confirmed they were doing an oil change and also confirmed that my car would be washed and vacuumed since I requested it when I made my appointment Jamie said it would. Oil change and time My appointment was at 11 for an oil change and did not get out of there till 1:30 absolutely bull ridiculous. Then I had a coupon for 21.95 with the dealerships information in the coupon was told oh we don’t don that oil change anymore. So I had to wit over 2 hours for a dm oil change and pay double the price. I have told several people not to go there and in the process of contacting channel 8 news
Beware of lies Had a horrible experience with this dealership price was fair went in approved at 7.44 % they told me they couldn't find that offer ended up with 12.12 and 8 inquiries on credit report called cap one they said 7.44 was still good but they wont refinance for 5 months so I'm stuck with it do not trust mark
22 days in the shop, over priced, and treated like crap my truck broke down Saturday. got it towed in there that afternoon. got a call on Monday saying they got the truck and the alternator is bad which is going to cost $1,300 dollars which I thought was terribly high but I have already paid for a tow there so at that point getting gouged is life. the service rep said truck would be done Wednesday. slow service the service advisor jesse did an outstanding job. however the service end of it really leaves a lot to be desired. I spent 3 hours there just to have a wheel hub on. that is just totally unacceptable. while I was there another customer was having 4 new tires put on. when we left she had already been there for 2 hours and no word of completion. the day before I was there for a very simple half an hour job. 3 hours later it was finally done. perhaps the people that set these appointments need some training as to h... read more
Expensive Diagnostic Fee The service was fine and the employment lounge was nice however having to pay the $125 diagnostic fee for a half hour of work is way too high, I only came to Dodge because I had to on the ABS light, otherwise I’ll go back to my normal mechanic for all other work.
miss diagnosing Don’t complete diagnosing the my truck so I have to return. I have had a lot of work done at this location and spent a lot of money. Now I’m wondering how much of that work didn’t really need to be done.
Insulted by service manager complaint filed! I came to the dealership as I was picking up my teenage granddaughter from school. Mind you she had an incident earlier in the week and went by ambulance so I’m worried about her.
