I had a 1030 appt. , but service took 3 hours due the the techs taking 1 hour lunch while I waited. This practice is not customer focused. I realize additional services were added, but due to the hour for lunch it took more time.

Bought car came in next day to pick up was not detailed then the salesman said he filled the tank was not not filled less then 3/4 tank was not completely satisfied I would like to have a manager call me about this

I have a brand new 40k dollar jeep that had 900 miles on it and is back in service for second time 😡. I am extremely unhappy with service

Caveat emptor - sales mgr fraud - Be very focused when working with numbers. The sales managers will say 1 thing and do another. I negotiated a price on the vehicle AS IT SAT - ALL EQUIPMENT INCLUDED. Before negotiating there was a list of dealership items at $850 that was physically part of the vehicle and part of the price. There are other admin fees and licenseing and tax - all normal fees that are not physically part of the vehicle. I bought 2 cars for over $80000 I bring my truck because u sold a truck with bad tires and acussse me of trying to get new tires I will never buy a car there and yes I bought 5 cars from u so far

Over priced charge of $75 to get key made . Plus getting a stupid "calet: key for an additional $8 that was worthless. I PROCEEDED TO THROW IT WAY IN FROMT OF THE SERVICE GUYS. TOTAL STUPID MOVE. J WILL NEVER EVER RETURN OF RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. I WAS SCREWED WITH NO LUBR. THANKS.

Process and Review of fees (Customer Communication) Failure to explain my lease payments and applications in a clear and concise manner. I had made excess payments on my previous lease and was told by two representatives that they would cut me a check for the over payments. I called the leasing company to inquire about the overpayment, but they said it was applied to the cost of the car. I was happy with my salesman, not so happy with service after the sale, I left the dealership late in the day after hours of doing the purchase of my used 2017 hellcat with 9,000 miles on it! I left the establishment with a shake in the steering I figured it was no big deal I’d have the tires balanced, wasn’t balance, tires were out of round and they did nothing to help repair, $50,000 car with bad tires and I have to pay to replace them!

Financial department was very rude the minute you decline the extended warranty and tire insurance, they he started making rude comments about what he could have done better wuth hos time then spent it on us.the salesman was very polite.
