Hate all the appts Ive taken my van in several times for minor things. I had moisture in a headlight on 1 visit and the 1 back seat wouldnt fold and go. For that 1 visit i had 3 diff appts. Im not crazy about that i have such a busy life with a disabled husband and i cant afford to have my car tied up 3 diff times for half a day ea time. My last visit i had moisture behing my speed gauge i have to have another appt to find out why its there and then another appt to fix.

Terrible I wish I could rate them 0 stars. This dealership and their service department is a disgrace to Jeep. Not only are they terrible unfriendly but incredibly incompetent. After purchasing a brand new Jeep Renegade a little over a year ago I’ve had nothing but issues. Eric Dugas is a terrible person. Tried jamming fees and coverages down my throat. Basically called me an idiot when I refused them. Made it clear to salesman I wanted all the numbers on the offer sheet BEFORE I was sent in to sign contracts. Picked a vehicle, negotiated price, added dealer fees,taxes,registration fees. Went in to buy 2014 truck Overall attitude of dealership was not bad but I went in to purchase a newer Chevy Silverado ended up finding one that I like right after I drove off the lot check engine light turn on and transmission felt weird bring the truck back the next day service says they are not quite sure how to fix it so I just gave the truck the back and take my business elsewhere. POOR COMMUNICATION Purchased this certified preowned vehicle from Ferman. We worked with a salesman who is no longer employed. We shared our interest in this vehicle, but questioned a ticking noise we heard from the hood. We were assured that this was normal for this particular make and model. Wanted oil change and new windshield wipers I went to the service department for an oil change and to have new wipers for the windshield. Not Steve someone else came to find me in waiting area. My tires need to be rotated. I agreed to the $19.95 charge. When my car was finished they told me the wipers were fine and didn't need to be changed. It took 2 hours and I just wanted to get home as I had a sinus infection. So I will go elsewhere for the wipers. BTW, Steve didn't check me in. He was in the shop.
Diagnostic of Used Jeep Cherokee Latitude. I dropped my car off on Thurs 3/28/19 @ approximately 4:00 pm for my Fri 3/29/19 appt @ 11:30 am. However, when arrived on Fri afternoon to pick up my car, the Service Advisor I was assigned to had no idea it was there. I presume the Service advisor who took my car didn't communicate that.
Brake noise New vehicle with brake squealing, mechanic unable to replicate problem, vehicle still making noise. Still looking to get problem solved, frustrated to say the least.
