The job was not completed as indicated on the sign off form. The sign off form indicated fluids filled, battery checked, tires rotated - That was Saturday a total of an hour and a half. Monday I was stranded for roughly 10 hours because the battery was bad and on top of that the windshield and coolant fluids were not topped off or filled up. All parts weren’t there for recall I was told they had to order all recall parts so my appointment had to wait a week. I dropped the truck off and returned 4 hours later saying they have to order one of the recall parts. Just this morning I noticed my odometer button was broken (not sure how). I’m out of town for a while with the vehicle so there’s nothing I can do. The reason for the delay getting the recall fixed was to order the parts- someone failed me.
Unprofessional, Doesn't know their own policies/ procedures The service advisors are rude, do not know their own policies and procedures. They seem clueless when you ask them a question. Unprofessional. Becky was a little rude and sarcastic but tried to act like she was being helpful. Steve did not seem to want to get involved to help resolve the issue. Jaime was rude to Becky and was unwilling to help when Becky asked for it. This was in front of the customer-Me and whoever else was standing behind me.
I had a service done. And now my engine light is on Engine lights on and i am in Greensboro nc. Never had a problem till i got it serviced. So i will bring it to a ram dealer up here
Chrysler Dodge crazy They new of the problem with the recall on the truck we had and helped us with the trade. This will be my last dodge
customer service 2019 Ram limited was towed in 3 times and the communications between this dealership and myself could have been much better, never did get back to me on an issue I asked. Them about camera in the back.
Good on repair bad on communications. Got text saying text with any questions. Never answered my questions. Had to leave overnight given ride home. Next day checked via text. No answer. Called said 3/4 hour would have lady call about pick up. Got call from Ed that I wasn’t answering phone. She was calling wrong area code. Talked to lady and she said knows address and will be there 45 min. 1 1/2 hours later still no ride. Sent text no answer. Call Ed and he said I called and canceled ride. I did not cancel. Poor service and parts department I will say I did not buy my 17’ 2500 cummins here because of a 13k difference in the exact same truck at a different dealer. That being said, i pull in to the drive was not greeted even though there were employees in the drive i sat there for a minute then an older women pulls up 3 SA run out to get her going, i say hey can someone get my info for my scheduled warranty work and get dirty looks and told to wait. Recall and oil change I asked to see the air filter they said needed changed. Was told it was in the car and it was not, therefore I'm not sure if it needed replaced or just money add on. Not happy.
