Poor customer service I have been getting my car serviced there for the last three years. You took 10 days to get the parts to get my car fixed. In that time, you did not try to offer any other options for transportation. You knowingly were aware that the delay was your fault and my warranty wouldn’t cover it. Worse customer service I’m still at a loss how a dealership can keep a vehicle for six months and still not diagnose the problem. The first visit we were told a bad alternator. After multiple back and forth interactions we replaced the alternator. Long behold the van cut off while driving on the way home. We were told to bring it back. Not solid Bought a used Jeep Wrangler, check engine light came on the way home from the dealership and momentary rough engine performance. Staff could not have been more complimentary, part is on 8 week back order... Not a special moment for my family. Also, console lights did not work once night time came. Could not see to shift gears. Wow... 18,600 dollar embarrassment. we now have to live with check engine light and console problem for two months. This has only made me dumb for purchasing the car.

Poor service Compass just nearly out of factory warranty and the extended warranty does not cover all bumper to bumper items as told, to get a resolution we were told to contact Chrysler to resolve instead of dealer doing it and after Chrysler agreed to cover the repair the service center decided not to honor the repair, at this time I can't contact service tech to get an answer as to why overall not pleased and will never go to Ferman Jeep in New Port Richey for service or buying a vehicle again. xxxx they didn't even wash ... read more
Too much time. I drove 30 minutes just to make sure I used a Jeep dealer for service. Everything was fine making appointment and getting there but they didn’t take my vehicle in for 40 minutes after my appointment. All I needed was an oil change and tire rotation. It was over two hours to get it done which is a huge waste of my time. I am new to Florida and first time at Ferman. Also my last time. No respect for my time.
4 hours of waiting Brandon was very nice, but I sat with my 3 and 1 year old for nearly 4 hours until I finally went to ask why it was taking so long. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and because the automatic engine shutoff light was on. I made an appointment about 5 days in advance. I'm not sure why it took so long and then they try and say after 4 hours of waiting that I'm paying $230 for a new battery for the light issue.
