The dealership was really not interested in giving me the best deal to save me money. I’m not thrilled with the experience. During my transaction, a manager and salesperson collaborated —away from me. More important to get me outta there quickly and to make maximum profit for the business. Incentives were not explained and a first responder discount was not honored. I love the car, not the dealership for sure. I would think twice about doing business here again. The only reason I would recommend the dealership is location.

The financing was completed before we even had sat with that manager and feel the numbers were done this way to offset our trade-in. We were going to come to you for another vehicle but now we won’t. We were never given options of 2020 or even a different color.

Nobody call me when the car's is ready after a month-and-a-half when I go to pick it up the car parts is in the back seat is not ready at all

Took Jeep Wrangler JL in for warranty technical bulletin for loose steering issues. Dealer tried to charge diagnostic fee for warranty work. Went to a different more reasonable dealer.

I I'm very very disappointed with the dealership and how I've been handled since the day I bought my brand new Jeep we have bought in multiple multiple used vehicles from Furman and never had the problems like we've had with a brand spanking new only 18 mi on it Jeap Wrangler.. I always recommended Furman but I will never recommend them again I've been lied to manipulated putting harms away. I personally will be reaching out to Jeep corporation to let them know about my experience yet again.

terrible service performed in my truck. They changed the windshield and I waited from 9am until 3:30 pm at the dealer to allow time for the glue to dry. When I drive on the road I feel the noise of air entering the car. Never again I enter that dealer again. I had a very bad experience in the purchase and now in the execution of the "warranty" service that the factory gave me because this dealer turned his back on me.

I was in 3 weeks ago and need to have a warranty repair make was told that parts needed to be ordered and I’d be contacted to schedule repair when they arrive, I still have not been contacted and have left messages fir the service department with no response

Please stop sending me emails to rate the dealership. If Ferman actually kept track of the amount of vehicles I've purchased over the years they would know I don't have a problem with them.
