It took over 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. When I texted service consultant he didn't respond. I have been there in the past with a different service consultant and had no issues.

They never did the work I requested on my car after it sat there for three and a half hours so I took it to another service center. This is the second time they have not honored a schedule with me and it's the last time I will go to Furman

I have a 2014 Durango. My front driver window regulator broke. I disassembled the door to see what was wrong and if I could potentially fix the issue. Once I got pretty deep into the disassembly I realized I may need help. In comes the service department at CKDR in NPR. They said bring it in and will check it out. I did. Mind you the window, door panel etc are disassembled. After 4 hours they tell me it will cost $490 to fix and won’t be fixed for four days. Well it’s my only car so that not really an option. From the beginning to the end, they lie to you throughout the process. Go somewhere else. I would not recommend when there are plenty of other choices

I brought my car in for warranty work last week. Picked it up, and my car on starts having the same exact issue since it was “fixed”. The receptionist is rude. I can’t get in touch with the service advisor (he may have been off yesterday), the service manager, or even anyone to express my issue with the service I had.

Tried to have my truck looked at for noises I was hearing and they ended up keeping the truck almost all day for them to tell me nothing was wrong with it(as expected) Come to find out they never even put it on the lift to check anything because on my way to Georgia not even three weeks after going there my wheel bearing and two ball joints were completely shot and was ready to fall off Terrible service

Lack of communication from the service advisor. Arrived on time for my appointment which was a simple oil change and waited over 2 hours for my vehicle while the employees went to lunch. I attempted to contact the service manager and left a voicemail with no returned call. Asked for a supervisor while in store and was told talk to the GM.

I was very disappointed with the fact that I was not given my inspection and had to go back and ask for it and then the brakes were not even checked
