I will never buy a vehicle from them again. My car was supposedly checked bumper to bumper but i noticed the first day that the rear defrost didn't work. I took it in and after sitting for a LONG time they said they found the broken piece, glued it in and i needed to bring it back the next day to make sure it was fixed. So the next day i took it back again and again had to wait A LONG TIME before they came and said it still wasn't fixed and had to give me a loaner car which was a piece of crap Jeep. Went there for insurance claim wiper blade replacements. The ones that came off were high end oem blades, Bosch to be exact. They replaced them with the cheapest 10$ blades. Pretty sad for a dealership to do stuff like that... I want what my truck came with and that's why I go to a dealership.... If I wanted chep I'd go somewhere different, but lesson learned

Steve did a great job. Van came back from the body shop with screws in three of the tires that I had to plug. Overall repair appears to be done well.

Lied to me I've had my vehicle in twice to have the fuel gun checked since I am unable to put gas in my tank. It keeps shutting off while I try to fill up. Jason told me they fixed the problem the second time I was in, but my paperwork says they couldn't identify the problem. I tried filling up with gas again, and it did not work. I don't appreciate being told it was fixed when obviously it was not. I called Jason on March 20th. He never returned my call. I called again on March 21st and talked to Cher. Won't buy a Dodge again. 2018 car already falling apart. Dodge told me I'm SOL on repairing it too. I understand I'm over mileage but you'd think they would take care of an issue that is affecting all of these cars. Learned my lesson.

Went in for a leaky trans gasket, they found $4400 worth of suspension repairs that I didn’t need. Still didn’t fix the leak.

After dealing with the sales department in buying my used 2019 Dodge Ram 1500, which was a painless experince. I was very disappointed in rhe Service Department. I bought two step boards for my truck from the Parts Department. I had the the Service Department install them. They used 2 guys about 35 minutes to put them on. My bill for just the install was $216.00. I thought this was a little pricey for the job. If i would have known it was going to cost that much , i would have had put them on myself. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Mechanics don’t know how to fix your vehicle the first time. You have to bring it back over and over again. They try to rip you off overcharge you and charge you for things that is covered under warranty!! Don’t take your vehicle to this place!!!!!!!
