I had the first appointment of the day they failed to service my vehicle until I got there five hours later. I was lied to on two different occasions. Would not recommend that service department to service my toilet

Bought my Certified 2019 Grand Cherokee at this dealership February 2020. I even brought several insurance packages. A few weeks later I received notice I need to update computer in dash. After bringing my vehicle in for service early morning, I figured I would get a call from the service writer, but I figured wrong so I called. Worst mechanics. Every time something was fixed, something else conveniently broke. Even after my last visit, upon inspecting my vehicle, they left my AC compressor sensor unplugged. My car was there 3 times in one month. Never trust this dealer. Never take your cars here ever. They will sabotage other parts of your car.

I was waiting almost 2 hours until my service was done. Too much time for oil change and filter change. I found that the price for that was increased, too.

Encountered two issues w/ my Jeep that I could not resolve on my own. I paid to have the issues diagnosed by dealer.... it may be an expensive repair, but they will surely be able to tell me what’s wrong!?!? Too much credit extended. Dropped vehicle two separate instances (after one faulty diagnosis), was without vehicle over 6 weeks in all, neither issue was ultimately diagnosed (cannot use the vehicle by the way). Slow slow ,service manager wasn’t nice to anybody!No Customer service skills!Yelling at other employees in front of custmers.Never calls when car is ready.

This dealership has a VERY serious Problem communicating!! After keeping the car from Oct 28 - Dec 14 they felt the problem was solved. The car is dead again on Dec 28 and I have called and texted Jason every day to discuss this problem with no response. I have left messages for Mike Hayes for 2 days with no response. They are not even aware of the problem because no one can return a phone call. Spent 750 on this last visit and here I sit with no car and nobody who can return a call or text.
