Awful communication, did not care about my time at all. Plus my vehicle was driven 55 miles whenever it was originally said 20 miles, and my gas was not replaced.

I dropped my truck off on Friday about 3:00pm and no one ever called me Saturday to say it was done. Trying to get through on the phone took forever! I left 2 voicemails and still no call back. Communication needs improvement in my opinion.

Courtney my service advisor was absolutely awesome I gave her personally a five star review but the service manager absolutely sucked and had nothing but excuses and I am 100% dissatisfied with anything that the service department did with my truck they did not treat me like they were concerned with me telling them I didn’t feel safe in the truck with the issues that it was having they basically brushed me off and told me there was nothing wrong with my truck which is a bunch of BS I don’t care if you have other trucks on yo... read more

I am right now working with the complaint department of jeep for the total lack of professionalism and courtesy that myself and my wife received i will never recommend this dealership to anyone and yes that is zero stars

If you like pisspoor customer service and don’t mind that your vehicle isn’t properly fixed- then this isn’t the dealership form you. Completely disgusted by each experience involving this dealership and it’s employees. I would highly recommend going out of your way to another Jeep dealership!

This dealer ship is a con game they slip in things you don’t want or ask for like paint less dent removal for $208.65 then when you complain to upper management they make you fell like your out of order. There crooks I would not go there to have the air in my tires checked. There dishonest

Poor rating not because of our salesman or financing I’m I giving a poor rating because the Manager Mark he spoke down to my wife and was extremely rude to her almost felt like discrimination he should not be allowed to talk to customers with that kind of attitude I am a manager myself and deal with customers on the regular and I would never talk into a customer the way he spoke to my wife completely un call for i would be talking to his superior about this as well

They told me that it would be a 2 hour service that turned into 7 hours and when I finally had the opportunity to get my vehicle back, it wasn't put back together and they didn't have any answers to the questions I had about the products that had just installed. It was a very long and frustrating day.
