words cannot even explain how horrible the experience I received from this place. Four hours wasted, lazy employees, not a trusted place to get my jeep maintained. They lie. Because they are lazy. What dealership does not have tools to remove Rhino wheels. High percentage of jeep that goes in the shop has Rhino wheels. They told me they fixed my flat and rotated my tires, yet my nail was still in the tire and tire was still in the same spot so it was never rotated. Mark Goode is a terrible used car sales manager. Izzy was our sales associate. Together they did not want sell me a vehicle. Mark would not negotiate price and then lied about service being done to the vehicle.

1) On 2/10 I brought my 2014 Ram 1500 in because I was hearing an engine tick. At the time, I was covered under a Maxcare warranty. Engine tick was due to broken bolts on exhaust manifold. This was fixed. I also had brakes and tires put on. A number of other service items covered under recalls took place, including flashing the ECU. Took two days to get my truck back. 2) Within a week, I noticed a bit of a rough idle, and some hesitancy when accelerating. I also noticed a rubbing sound coming from the brakes. If I could leave no stars I would, this is the 2nd time I have had a super negative experience with a Ferman dealership. The service department is a joke. They are crooks. If you value your money don't buy their by warranty, they won't do the work to prove it is a warranty problem, and charge you 50% more than what a fair standard rate it to do the work. Take you vehicle somewhere that values you as a customer. I cannot stress enough run away for this BAD business.

Didn’t let us know about ordering a part that we paid for... I had to ask about it. Price on estimate I questioned then it was said to be a mistake ... good thing I questioned that. Do not feel comfortable with service

Went for oil change and tire patch picked it up with ABS and traction control lights went back to get it fixed and all they did was clear the codes and said it was a fluke, after I left they came back on so I went back the next day and the manager refused to acknowledge they caused an issue with my car seeing as the code was coming from the wheel they took off. He refused to fix it, he said I would have to pay for the diagnostic if they didn’t think they caused the issue and wouldn’t fix it because he said “we might not have... read more

the car was not clean on roof , correct the floor matts , read the words, fix the problem problem over and over many times over read

I have went to dealership prior and had bad experience so I was giving them a second chance. I purchased a new Grand Cherokee 11/2020 and while I didn’t get an outstanding deal, I liked the Jeep. Fast forward to trying to cancel all of those add on warranties they sell you. Went in with all documents showing auto paid 3/2021 they took everything and said they would handle it. Kind of upset. Service was great but I've been there 3 times in 2 1/2 weeks and I still have the issue. Going somewhere else.
