I liked the Izzy salesman but the after sales turned my back on me. and I had to talk to the factory to solve a small problem. I had pictures showing the broken windshield in the store and the sales manager simply told me to call my insurance. So I called but it went to the factory and I was very well attended and will change the windshield. They gave me the product warranty. The wait is very long, one pays for tire rotation and they do not rotate them, and when there is a repair covered by warranty they do not mention it, they only come with an estimate.

I bought a brand new Jeep Compass 2019 and My car has been into the service department multiple times because it has a weird sound in the engine and there is lot of wind coming thru the windows. I haven’t received any solution, that problem is “normal” is what the service department always said, also that’s what they wrote in all the inspection statement they have given to me. Navigation issue is still not resolved. Was told there would be a follow up phone call the next day- still waiting. Navigation was one of the selling points for me as I am directionally challenged. SOS is NO GOOD without GPS!

I’ve contacted this dealership since 10 am on September 30th to get my car in for service due to a light that popped up on my dashboard. I was told a specialist would contact me back and to not make an appointment until they contacted me. I called back 3 times on the 30th to see what the status was of my call to get absolutely nothing. This morning my car would not turn on. Not a good visit ....Had to wait for 2 1/2 hours for a tire change.....They put in 44 psi in the tire left it dirty and left off the value stem cap.....

After 4 years service dept still can't get the right phone number with the right car. How many times does it take to get this corrected. I didn't just get my car serviced.

Brought it back today. Still not fixed. Told my son they could not fix it. After the manager looked at it looks like they charged my son $300 on Saturday to fix the door that was not broken. Easy to fix a door that is not broken. Left it over night. Gave him a loaner. Hope they get it right this time. Sorry but this review is not going up on your happy customer list. In order to submit this review I had to check a service department member. I have no idea who he talked to.
