Not sure why i make appointments whenI still have to wait 2 hours. When I do go to this dealership and ask for a wash I never get it washed. I also put the service department through a test asking about tune up and then they recommended one . So funny because two days before I had one done. So this department doesn’t actually check they assume by mileage

I was informed that my car needed motor mounts and a transmission mount to stop the thudding that was happening at low rpm and higher gear when accelerating. I didn’t think this sounded correct but I thought the mechanic knew more than me. I waited approximately 7 months for the motor mounts due to COVID with shipping. Well they finally come in and I get them done. As soon as I pull off the lot the same exact thing happens. Well I’m stuck with a car that has the same problem after spending $800.

Brought vehicle in because it’s running rough. Changed plugs and said it was done. Still runs rough. Don’t need parts changed, need diagnosis and problem found.

Unfortunately we purchased Ford Extended Warranty. It was eventually covered after your Service Assistant spent the better part of the day on hold to get an answer from Ford. I really appreciate his customer service attitude and diligence working with such a pitiful extended warranty program as Ford. Regards Joseph Mains

This has been by far my worst dealership experience in my life. I was treated poorly and there was no effort to assist my needs. I will never return to this dealership!

I had an oil change and tire rotation. I had a tire with a slow leak on my driver front and after the so called tire rotation the tire is still on the front right and I had to put air in the tire a week after the rotation there service states they fill all fluids and tires. But my tire is usually filled every 3 month. I will get new tires but will not be there

Waited for an hour after scheduled appointment. Wanted to charge me $145 for a check engine code that i already had the number for. Ended up fixing the issue for $41 at another Jeep Dealership. Thanks, but no thanks.

Terrible customer service, blunt liesNever will use Terrible customer service, blunt lies Never will use again nor recommend to anyone Never attempt to fix the problem, lost the plates and manegment suggested driving on expired paper temp plates until new comes over
