terrible service performed in my truck. They changed the windshield and I waited from 9am until 3:30 pm at the dealer to allow time for the glue to dry. When I drive on the road I feel the noise of air entering the car. Never again I enter that dealer again. I had a very bad experience in the purchase and now in the execution of the "warranty" service that the factory gave me because this dealer turned his back on me.
I was in 3 weeks ago and need to have a warranty repair make was told that parts needed to be ordered and I’d be contacted to schedule repair when they arrive, I still have not been contacted and have left messages fir the service department with no response
Please stop sending me emails to rate the dealership. If Ferman actually kept track of the amount of vehicles I've purchased over the years they would know I don't have a problem with them.
Worst service I have ever had. No return phone calls and when I picked up my truck it had the same problems . This is the second time I have had my truck to ferman and it will be my last.

$ 1200.00 for 2 hoses and Freon recharge what rating would you give. That’s outrageous, I will never be back. Parts are way out of line and took 3 days to fix
Last week I brought 2 after market keys down to be programmed. The service dept guy told me it would be no problem and they programmed what I thought was both keys as I had ask. One key worked fine but I didn't test the 2nd one. This past Thursday I decided to try the 2nd key and it wasn't working. I stopped in and explained to the same service dept guy the 2nd key wasn't working but the other was fine. They took both keys and my truck for an hour and a half. Inefficiencies related to the company:We were asked to Inefficiencies related to the company: We were asked to take a winding walk down a sloping hill to view the majority of the Jeep Gladiator selections. There was no clear path but rather grass, dirt and gravel. It was inconvenient and didn't take into account customers who may have ambulatory issues. We were at the company approximately four hours. 2 hours agoThis dealership does not even deserve a 1 2 hours ago This dealership does not even deserve a 1 star. They tried to tell me Chrysler financial charges them 9k more on payoff then what they charge me. So I call Chrysler financial and speak to a supervisor who explains to me that the dealership payoff is even lower then the amount I am charged. They must think people are very stupid because I am not sure who in their right mind would believe this. Absolutely horrible.stay clear.
