This is the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership. I have continued to escalate this matter and have not heard back which is extremely frustrating.

Appointment was no help- drive over an hour for a “visual” inspection. The staff were not helpful and super rude.

Came into the dealer with a 06 300 2.7 and wanted a honest inspection and specifically wanted my accessories inspected because of a growing whine and was given a rough eye inspection of a serpentine replacement and recommended complete bushing replacements on every suspension linkage (which was a $1600 estimate for only my tire rods) only for my alternator to fail literally under seven days later, I replaced it my self and the horrible whine I told them about disappeared along with my respect for the dealer.

Not happy 48 hours after leaving Furman my washer fluid light went on makes me wonder what else they missed the check

Picked up my car and within 20 hours it wouldn’t start again! New engine and starter from a flood put in it and now it’s not working!

Took Charger in for assistance with a navigation update. They were unable to complete the update. neither them nor I realized where to get the code needed to upload the update.
