Love the car but will never buy another vehicle from Ferman and do everything I can to ensure no one I know buys another car from Ferman.
Encountered two issues w/ my Jeep that I could not resolve on my own. I paid to have the issues diagnosed by dealer.... it may be an expensive repair, but they will surely be able to tell me what’s wrong!?!? Too much credit extended. Dropped vehicle two separate instances (after one faulty diagnosis), was without vehicle over 6 weeks in all, neither issue was ultimately diagnosed (cannot use the vehicle by the way). Slow slow ,service manager wasn’t nice to anybody!No Customer service skills!Yelling at other employees in front of custmers.Never calls when car is ready.
This dealership has a VERY serious Problem communicating!! After keeping the car from Oct 28 - Dec 14 they felt the problem was solved. The car is dead again on Dec 28 and I have called and texted Jason every day to discuss this problem with no response. I have left messages for Mike Hayes for 2 days with no response. They are not even aware of the problem because no one can return a phone call. Spent 750 on this last visit and here I sit with no car and nobody who can return a call or text. It took over 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. When I texted service consultant he didn't respond. I have been there in the past with a different service consultant and had no issues.
They never did the work I requested on my car after it sat there for three and a half hours so I took it to another service center. This is the second time they have not honored a schedule with me and it's the last time I will go to Furman
I have a 2014 Durango. My front driver window regulator broke. I disassembled the door to see what was wrong and if I could potentially fix the issue. Once I got pretty deep into the disassembly I realized I may need help. In comes the service department at CKDR in NPR. They said bring it in and will check it out. I did. Mind you the window, door panel etc are disassembled. After 4 hours they tell me it will cost $490 to fix and won’t be fixed for four days. Well it’s my only car so that not really an option. From the beginning to the end, they lie to you throughout the process. Go somewhere else. I would not recommend when there are plenty of other choices
