I feel this service department should focus more on customer satisfaction. I seem to have problems every time I come here. If a customer schedules a courtesy shuttle online then you probably shouldn’t send your driver to the bank at that time.

Internal Ferman politics negatively affected this customers experience. If general managers cannot keep their word within their company I’m concerned for how I will be treated as a customer when service or repairs may be needed as well as worry about what details may have been misrepresented during the deal itself.

My steering is still not fixed after bringing my vehicle back twice. Also your techs went into my backseat and used my brand new lug nut set, and then put old ones back in it, then put it back under my back seat without telling me. Extremely unprofessional and I will be back to get my vehicle fixed and also get a brand new lug nut set that your techs now owe me. I’ll be back first week of December when I get back in town.

Did not meet my expectations on price and I feel this market is gouging clients on new vehicles. Semi conductors will not always be in short supply and buyers will remember the above MSRP gouging and won’t return to that dealer. I found a dealer that actually is willing to get me a a deal at invoice for the same truck. My feeling is if we have to wait for 3 months to receive a truck we couldn’t test drive, sit in, or experience a good faith discount should be applied and you would see more deals coming through those dealers.... read more

Dealership recommended a $3000 plus heater core and radiator change out . The problem was fixed with a $90 cooling system flush . Stay away from this service center find a local business , build a relationship, support your small business’s

This is beyond belief.Brought vehicle in with warning light issue.Got run around and horrid prices.Now I get the vehicle back as d it’s leaking oil and radiator coolant.Idiots..I live in gated community!Last week no leaking and now it is!Better business bureau is next.You guys are criminals!

Gave a price for a repair that was totally insane.Told me a part wasn’t available and could get one from junk yard and charge 2x the list price from molar.Lied about service charge and had no answers about part or numbers.Had to argue to get a part number and vehicle particulars.Little man attempted to intimidate me when I refused payment for unfinished estimate.The worst experience I have had in 44 years of automobile usage.I also had purchased and used this dealer a few times over last 10 years.Service supervisor said he k... read more

I brought my car there for a SCHEDULED oil change at 9:30 am and it wasnt started until 1:30 pm. Then when I asked about it they only said "were backed up". Terrible service.
