Check engine light came back on in 24 hours twice after service (in same week). No rental up front. No calls returned. No calls answered. Glad i decided to take it to a new dealership.

Staff was kind, but I shouldn't have issues with a vehicle purchased less than 6 months ago. Then trying to get it in for servicing was a hassle. I was basically told that there wasn't time for me. I referred two other people to this dealership and I'm starting to regret it.

My experience is if it is extended warranty work nobody likes to take the problem for the simple fact they get paid by the job not the hour and especially if it's something that's electrical forget about it also make a note of the mileage and how much fuel or if you have the Life360 app it explains everything that was my saving Grace after nearly a month with constant communication the issue was corrected but not after having to speak with the service manager

Excessive amount of time for a scheduled warranty repair,5 months for part ... 1.5 weeks for appointment and 1 week without my vehicle

My Jeep was there for almost three months. Communication was terrible. Picked up my vehicle today and found extra parts sitting in the cup holder. Left the dealership and now there is a skip in the brand new engine that was put in.
