This is for the Lutz location: Bob Cooper said that he decides whether repairs on you car are worth their time even if it's under warranty. Sure hope nothing happens to cause an accident that needed repair but Bob didn't think the money was worth someones safety.

Last Monday, April 18, Jason Whidden, GM, from Ferman New Port Ritchey wouldn’t sell me the van I ordered , March 11, with deposit! I am a 73 old widow. My husband of 50 years used to buy and sell our cars. This was my first new vehicle I was buying , totally on my own. My children live in MIchigan. Mid March I got a trade in value on my leased van of 34000. I placed an order for my new van. They could not take my old van in, as I paid off the lease, as they advised, that night. I needed an oil change and my two back tires were extremely low which I was having a problem with. Took my car in for an oil change and to have my tires looked at in December 2021 got my car back left my air was still not in my tires they were still extremely low I had no sticker on my windshield to let me know when the next oil change was and then a month later I noticed my car was leaking oil. Called back up there to explain my oil leak and they had explained to me there is a new Mechanic in the back that has never worked ... read more

Very unsatisfied, they where supposed to program my key fobs for 85.00 not working

You guys are crazy ! ! About the estimates Im a women i fix the car my self. For 200 dollars. You want to charge me more of the value of the car lol. Never again already telling my clients and close friends to NO go there … i got my parts and i. Do it my self i save my self 4,000 lol

Once in for your appointment, work is good, although if your wait is ALWAYS multiple hours, even for a scheduled oil change. And often times after waiting your told you have to come back because they don’t have the parts or ran out of time to repair, even though they knew the scope of the work from a previous visit. Several members of the repair department do not return your calls after you leave messages. I bought a 2015 Nissan Xterra that needed new tires as the ones on it are dry rotted and 5 years old and they refused to put new tires on it or give me a reasonable discount on the price of the vehicle to compensate. The car was not fully detailed and there was sand all in the back/trunk of the vehicle. I would not do business with them again
