I went to dealership not thinking I would be able to get out of my car that was too small for my present needs. Although I was skeptic Mark ensured me he would find the car for me that would fit my needs and pocket. Me and my wife went in and wanted to get some info. We were never pressured or made like we had to stay or buy. We actually went back another day and purchased two cars. John Willis and and our loan officer were great. Definatley would recommend!!!!!! Cars are fabulous service team extremely helpful.

I went in expecting a hard time buying a car. My trade in wasn't exactly amazing and my credit was even worse. From the get-go, Greg never made me feel like I should settle for a lower priced car or try to fit me into something I didn't want. He didn't waste my time trying to make me look around so I "fall in love" with a car first then find out the paperwork is going to make my payments sky high. He was friendly, but straight forwarded. Recently the need arose for a another car for the family, most important was something that is reliable and dependable, as well as affordable. The search wasn't going well until I arrived at Ferman Chrysler in New Port Richey. I meet my salesman Mark Goode who actually took the time to listen and address my needs. We selected a 2009 Altima. Then we sat with Robert Packard the business manager who got me excellent financing and kept the payments under my budget. I could not be happier. Thanks to all the great folks at Ferman.

Greg was awesome when my family and I came looking for a new vehicle. He found us the perfect vehicle and made sure that we understood the process of buying a new vehicle from start to finish. He was honest with us and ensured that we weren't spending money on something that wasn't worth it. We brought our four year old son with us and Greg was very good with him. Overall it was a great experience!

A couple of hours after I purchased my vehicle, the engine light came on. I fear that the dealer didn’t complete a proper inspection and I was sold a lemon.
