Bought a Diesel truck from there 2 weeks ago. Within 2 weeks I’ve had 3 check engine lights and a different issue. I’ve took it there to get the issue resolved. They didn’t fix it. I also receivers a “detail”. Which was the worst detail I’ve ever had. Water spots everywhere, mud under bumpers, nothing cleaned inside the vehicle. I paid over $10000 over the price for my 2021 chevy silverado
Buyer Beware, This was the worst experience i have every had at a car dealership. The used car manager said: "We can pad anything we want" Such a poor representation of the Chevrolet brand.
If you need to have your car serviced , please go somewhere else ! I have been coming here for years and their service department is a complete joke and I’m finally over it ! I came for a simple oil change . Appointment 10:00, nobody even talked to me until 10:30 in the car line . It’s 12:40 and I’m still here !! The girl (H) helping me has completely ignored me. . Great for buying a car , terrible to get your vehicle serviced ! Go somewhere else !!!!
I don’t recommend doing anything that has to do with their service department, they suck.

One of the worst experiences to date. Robert Dugan the service advisor was utterly useless and unhelpful. Here's why, my appointment was scheduled for 1:15. I arrived at 1:00pm. When he returned from lunch he was completely unaware of the scheduled appointment. Someone else had to come and assist me and at that time is was roughly 1:30pm. Took over $5000 off my trade I bought from Ferman 9 months ago. Didn't give me my GM employee build pricing and now I am going to have to sue in small claims over Ferman shorting the amount it contractually owed paying off my Grow Financial trade, shorted by $529.40. Email to pcoley@ferman.com has gotten no reply. I will make it my personal mission to warn people about your business practices.
Overall experience was decent but the Finance guy is very shady. Stated he would throw in the dent protection for free but still charged us. I've accepted fault for blindly signing without verifiying but just make sure you look over the sales contract closely. I learned my lesson the hard way.
