Nothing but terrible service. Initial call to schedule the first service was a hassle because they insisted we did not purchase the truck from them. Took over an hour to get that figured out just for an appointment to not be scheduled. Called a week later to schedule again and was bounced around with no answers on the recall. Left a message for the service advisor on Monday who never called back. Brought my truck in Friday and spent over 5 hours waiting on it. Payed to have my engine and transmission serviced and looked at and was told everything is ok. Currently on the side of the road with my transmission not working. They did not run any tests like they said they would
Dealership has had my car for 4 months with no updates. I have called multiple times no one returns my calls. My car went into the dealership in August when I returned from Overseas for the same issue this dealership already told me was fixed. This is my only vehicle and it is November and they still haven’t even began to work on it. I drove past the dealership and saw my car sitting in the front of the dealership. This dealership says they care about their veterans and this is what happens.
Saturday night 7pm 3 2020 Corvettes listed available by stock and serial number. Sunday morning none left, if it smells like BS and it looks like BS it must be BS. Thanks for wasting my time.
Still sitting waiting for a tire to be plugged after them saying it would be a few minutes an hour and a half ago. Ridiculous!
Dropped my truck off today around 12:15 to the service department for a tire/wheel issue, received a text message to respond to if any questions or a phone number to call. Several messages sent and several phone calls (no answer and voicemail is full). My wife spoke to someone in the service department around 5:30 and they said they would call right back with an update. They are closed and no info as to what is going on with my truck. Bought a vehicle wasn’t filled up, detailed had a tire pressure light. Yes it was used, and when I asked about the floor Mats I was told they was in the back. So I have no floor mats and wasn’t told until I picked it up dirty and no floor mats plus had to put gas in myself.
Misleading and deceptive practices from this dealership. So that they can earn your business they will offer just about anything but in the end they will not fulfill what was agreed upon. This was my third time doing business with them and the last one.
