Not yet but I will. Raul was terrific and went above and beyond to help me get the truck I wanted. He worked hard on a Labor Day Weekend to make sure I could get what I was looking for and made it happen! Very satisfied with my experience with Raul and Ferman Chevrolet.
Bought a brand new Traverse in mid May of this year. Have had numerous issues which most if we’re taken care of. The car was missing the drivers side front floor mat when we bought it and we’re told they would order us one. We’ve called and visited this dealership multiple times about this issue now. Just keep getting the run around. We call all the time and are told by the receptionist that she will make sure the message gets to the right person. I had an appointment for an oil change and waited in my vehicle for 20 minutes to get written up for my service. And then it took 1 1/2 hours for an oil change. I didn’t see my service advisor from the time I handed him the keys till he gave me my invoice.
The Ferman chain of dealerships are crooks. If I could leave no stars I would, this is the 2nd time I have had a super negative experience with a Ferman dealership. The service department is a joke. They are crooks. If you value your money don't buy their by warranty, they won't do the work to prove it is a warranty problem, and charge you 50% more than what a fair standard rate it to do the work. Take you vehicle somewhere that values you as a customer.

I will never use this dealership for service again. Purposely leaving a mother of 3 without a vehicle and refusing to honor the extended warranty is without a doubt the lowest they can go. They have the part in stock and the appointment was at 10:30 am but cannot fix today. Paid for an extended warranty with a rental agreement but refuse to provide a loaner or help with a rental. Stranded mother of 3.
The customer service here SUCKS. No one returns phone calls and they give you the run around. I have been calling and even went in person with no resolution. Maybe taking it to social media will finally get me an answer. 🙄
I’m going to share with you my personal experience in this dealership. First and foremost. I’ll preserve the people the embarrassment and not call out the names. I’m in a same-sex relationship.
