UPDATE: Big shout to Brian Woolery from the service department. From the beginning he has always been polite and professional. We were afforded the opportunity, after calling the GM, to bring our truck in for service. The repairs were done and everything went smoothly. We finally got offered Wasted day off. I took my 2015 Tahoe on September 19th due to part of my door falling off. They took a look said no problem we will order the part and let you know.
