I really wish I could rate 0 stars! The customer service here is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. I set an appointment and took my wife’s Tahoe in because the A/C quit working. 30 min after arriving there, then taking the car back, the service man Manny come back in and told me that we had a leak in the condenser coil, $1300 repair. Do not have your car serviced with this company please! I dropped my car off last Wednesday to have the ac repaired. on Saturday I went in to pick it up and they tried to charge $400 more than the original quote.i was told I had to leave my car there and come back on Monday. while waiting for them to bring my loaner car they had to jump my car to remove it from the bay. Not pleased at all and cannot recommend. On Tue, my 2019 cruze lost ac, the check engine light is on and the car overheated, also I have one lock button that doesn't work. Thu I made an appt for the 11th at 145 because the dealer I bought it from was booked until Wed and my 2nd choice until Thu. I had a truck ordered from another chevy dealer with no ETA. I decided to go to ferman which is 10min away from me to see if Id like any other colors. I actually found another color I liked and was ready to move forward with the purchase. There were 4 salesmen outside who found it more important to continue having conversations with themselves than assist me. I'm not someone who begs people to take my money. They had my truck for 4 weeks, to replace 2 bolts on exhaust manifold. I have attempted to speak to the service manager and the GM, and no one has returned my call. Mechanic failed to attach heat shield, failed to attach PVC hose, failed to reconnect washer pump, and broke the tip off of my transmission fluid dip stick. These problems resulted in an engine code for improper air/fuel mixture wasted time and money spent on replacement parts. Don't battle people in text messages like Kayla Haroon and charge excessive fees for no reason. Get better sales associates.
Bought a car for my son. Floormats were in the car when we drove it. Once we bought it and it came out of detail the mats weren’t there. The mats were even on their inspection report as in great condition. I guess for somebody else’s car. I called 5-6 times and was told they would call me when they got them. Been months. Ridiculous.
RecommendedLast week we took a drive to Clearwater to get out of the house. Just before hitting the bridge to come home, the car died at the point it would switch over to gas. We had it towed to the closest Chevy dealership and they gave us an estimate for repairs ($12,822.60). After we stopped rolling on the floor laughing, we had it towed to our regular guy, Merrick Murvine at Ferman Chevy on Adamo ($305.71). low balls trade in values (below kbb) and puts fake numbers on paper to try and confuse you. used car sales manager was rude and insulting. lost a sale over $500. I will never visit a Ferman dealership in my lifetime.
