Being miss lead by Finance Manager What a joke
Got my oil changed two weeks ago and while I was there ordered a spare key . They said they would call me when it arrived. I finally called them after not hearing from them and they said it was in and I could come in and get it,would only take about 20 minutes to program it. I go down there and wait about an hour and they call me from the waiting room to tell me that they wouldn’t be able to get to it today, I would have to come back Monday. I tried to buy a vehicle from these people but they wouldn't sell me one because I wasn't a Florida resident. Most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. I spoke to 3 different employees on the matter to make sure someone didn't screw up but no apparently this is their policy. I've never even heard of a car dealership that didn't want my money! And to top that off they're still sending me junk emails inviting me in to buy a vehicle! Insanity!
Horrible experience. I’ve called my advisor Brian three times and left a voicemail. Left two voicemails to the main service number and one direct message with a service woman. Haven’t received a single call back! I had originally brought my car in because the tire wasn’t holding air (I had ran over a piece of metal a couple days prior which I informed them of) and was told it was fine. This dealership does some of the shadiest things I have ever seen a car dealership do. We traded in our 75k 2022 vehicle in for a 60k 2019 Navigator. We drove almost 5 hours round-trip for the vehicle. And were given false numbers on our trade-in. Even though our car was actually immaculate. Anyways, hours later we leave with the car. Within 30 minutes the A/C stops working, it shakes BAD at 80+ mph, the Ventilated seats do not work, many of the buttons on the steering wheel etc. are completely stuck down and do not work. I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Ferman Chevrolet. We purchased a new 2023 Suburban to replace our 2009 Nissan Armada at the beginning of September 2022. Toward the end of September, our vehicle started giving errors and did not drive the same. We took our Surburban to the dealership to see what could be causing the problem. My experience in this Dealer was fatal despite the fact that the seller always treated me very well. Make two purchases in less than a month. The first purchase I made was a 2022 Tahoe High Country It had 7,000 miles and when I saw it it gave me a certain cigarette smell, I asked if the manager who had it smoked and they told me no a week I found two lighters in the truck and more cigarette smell began to come out. Do not go. Check your paper work before you sign they will change the numbers and try to rob you on trade ins and everything.
