I have had my truck here for service 2x now and the lack of communication is HORRIBLE!!! My truck has now been there for almost a month and I still can not get any answers from anyone in regards to my truck! When you call no one answers or returns calls!! In early October we ordered ANDplaced a deposit on a 3500 Silverado High Country. We waited excitedly for 2 1/2 months. We were called on December 22 by our salesperson to let us know the truck had arrived only to be called back two hours later and told that another sales associate had sold the vehicle to someone else. Never Ever Again!!! What a waist of time!! Looked at Tahoes on Saturday. We were on the computer figuring out what to order. Contacted on Saturday evening by the internet sales manager saying just what we were getting ready to order was available at Ferman Brandon Chevy. When I purchased my truck if I would have been given a heads up on even half the BS customer service I would receive after the fact I would have walked off the lot no matter what “deal” I got on the vehicle.but unfortunately that was not the case, I did purchase a vehicle, two days later I sent my mom, AND SISTER WHO BOTH PURCHASED BRAND NEW VEHICLES! For the size of the dealership and the state of the art equipment I was excited. It took six weeks to do minimal work and there was absolutely the worst communication I’ve ever dealt with with any company. They don’t return phone calls, they don’t answer phone calls or texts and they lie about time frames and things that were done. I have it all on video! Lying about things that were done and the next time changing their story. Take your vehicle to the Chevy dealership in plant city! Trust me!
Ferman Chevrolet service department has some of the worst customer service that I've ever experienced with a car dealership. this is the second time that I have taking my vehicle to them within 2 months and I have ran into the exact same problem both times where the service advisors do not return calls or emails or communicate with you after they have told you what is wrong with the vehicle. this is very frustrating considering the fact the repairs that I have gotten done are rather pricey and the customer service is crappy.... read more
This dealership is absolute trash. Unresponsive to emails. Does not pick up any phone except for sales dept. The sales dept. will transfer your call to no one. Dishonest Service Department. They have had my truck for 2 months and will not communicate with me to give it back. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Worst experience ever at any dealership. From the sales to the management to the service department are all liars. They don’t return calls, they bait and switch and they generally do not have your best interest in mind. Took them 7 weeks and 50 phone calls and 10 revisits to the store to get a measly $500 deposit back. They promised a spa treatment if I bought a new truck and never got that. We made an appointment to have the master switch for power windows fixed and a check engine light checked. When we arrived, I made the mistake of mentioning that we may have a small radiator leak and if they could confirm that suspicion. They had our Traverse for over 2 and a half hours and nothing ended up getting fixed not even the master power windows switch that doesn't take much time to do. What did they do with all that time?
