I love my Chevrolet Traverse, however, I was imformed that I have a faulty transmission. the car is still under warranty. It has been over a month and still in the shop at Ferman Chevrolet. The communicate is horrible! I have no estimated time to have my vehicle back. NO updates ( texts, calls, email, send a pigeon this point-something). I have to keep going to the dealership to talk with someone and the answer is always the same- the transmission hasn't come in yet and they don't know when it will. Very dissapointed , went there today due ti a toyota tacoma 2023 price down 21988$, the guy says yes ,take a test drive ,everything ok then he says"sorry but this is no the price "is 41988$,20k more that what they are advertizing in autotrader tampa, I have the picture as evidence , means this people from Ferman Chevrolet tampa are doing FALSE ADVERTISING, is that legal in florida
Bait and switch. Quote was 9 grand under real price. Not the best and brightest in town. Stay far away.
Becafeful people make sure the don't get you like they did to me they never gave me or showed me my contract papers and up to they day I don't even have a copy of them they just didn't want to show me how much negative equity they had slapped on to my new loan they knew if I would have seen it I wouldn't of sign right now I've been talking to the main manager hopefully he gets back to me but not the manager at Fermin I mean the main Chevy manager where they make them and told him my situation hopefully he gets back with me ... read more
Service department is dishonest and unfair. Denies work that is clearly covered under warranty. Go to another dealership or mechanic before you take your vehicle here. @service Manager Tommy, Thanks for your reply on my Google review, however the details you provided were entirely inaccurate. this place does not take care of it's customers. they never cover anything that's under "warranty" and I put that in quotations because they shouldn't even have a warranty since nothing is ever covered
I want to first start this review by saying I did not purchase a car here so this review is specifically for the service department. If you have an issue with your vehicle please do not take it here. I dropped off my Tahoe at their service department about a week and a half ago. Told them I needed a transmission flush and that it was shifting weird and making a noise. Not only avoid this dealer but Chevy in general is a joke. They’ve had my car for 19 days with no updates & just called today to say “we need $400 just to diagnose it”. This seems to be every chevy.
Unfortunately when it comes to the service department I keep getting let down. i’ve started driving 40 min out of the way to go to stingray in plant city. I ordered tires and had them shipped to ferman in brandon for my ZL1 last month. Had an appt with Kevin and something that should have taken max 2 hours ended up taking 6. Then as I was leaving, I noticed the tires and wheels were covered in whatever grease they use. I asked for them to be cleaned.
