As a Combat Veteran I am extremely dissapointed an American would treat a veteran this way. I dealt with Matt the car salesman, who was eating crackers on the floor like he was on a break when I walked in the show room. I am Upset because he acted like your stereotypical car salesman. When I wanted to buy a truck from Ferman Chevy he acted nice in the beginning. Their service dept is horrible!!! I can’t believe how long it takes to get anything done in their service dept. they tell you 2 hours and 3 hours later they are almost done!! Of war 3.5 hours still working on it!! They don’t come to talk to you!!! Then never mind their false advertising. Signs all over about a tire sale. All over!! Must be 20 signs hung up around the dealership. Then when you ask them about it!!! Oh wait that sale ended last month. Oh soooo a week later the signs are still up and nope won’t honor it. My car was totally dead, no electronics on the car. I towed my car to this dealership and they misdiagnosed me a $2600 repair. I paid the $2600 and the car died again within 18 hours. The dealership finally found the issue and repaired it for $600. So far it’s been 24 hours with no issues mechanically. Now the interior of my car is covered in black oil (probably from mechanics hands) and scratches.. Also my front bumper is damaged due to them parking over a cement barrier in a parking spot.. This place has horrible customer service once a sale is done. My wife has been calling for 4 days wanting to know the status of her tag. They refuse to call back and then have the nerve to say well just keep calling and eventually somebody will be able to help.

Home of straight forward pricing but can’t give you a price on a truck unless they run the numbers. That is NOT straight forward pricing!! Salesman then walks away because we questioned him about it! Don’t waste your money with Ferman!! Was in the market for 4 work trucks but they sent us to another dealership. Absolutely unprofessional.

Arrived at 1:10pm for my 1:30 Oil Change Appointment on Mar 14, 2025. Patiently waited first in line. At 1:30 other cars began getting in line behind us. One very old man came by and said someone will help us soon. At 1:40 they began checking in the people BEHIND us in line and put signs on their vehicles indicating 2:00 and 2:45 appointments! It’s sad when a customer is blocked from their own review. There was no foul language stated in my Uncle’s post. He wants his vehicle fixed plain and simple. Instead you want to go around the problem! Look at the reviews below doesn’t seem like you’re doing a good job to begin with… sad that I drive a Chevy and so does my husband and we’re truck shopping right now. I brought my company’s fleet box truck to Ferman Chevy’s service center to hopefully fix some issues on 1/10/25. They never called me with a diagnosis or update. I’ve had to make numerous calls to get ahold of the assigned tech, who finally texted me on 1/28/25 that they aren’t able to service our vehicle. They haven’t offered to try to find another certified Chevy service center that can do the work, only quoted us $315 for a new gas cap. This is terrible customer service. bought my car from them less than two years ago, in 2022. I decided to go with a 2017 Buick that was supposedly "just fixed" and had passed all the inspections they claimed to perform before handing it over to customers. At first, the car seemed great.
