Started out on shaky ground but my oil change and recall repair went well! It would have been perfect if I knew the software update was 1?1/2 hour run time, but they did keep on top of it when I asked. Thank you Ferman Chevrolet! Oh, and we got to see our salesperson Kat! ❤️❤️
I took my vehicle in for the 3rd time to get my a/c fixed. Sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't, and living in Florida you need a/c in the summer. I was told that because the problem was different than the previous I would need to pay a 100 dollar deductible. I had just brought it in 11 months prior for a/c issues and did not want to pay again.
