Never had any problems with services. Gary is always accommodating. Recently had body work done and it was good plus Ron and thè others were friendly.
This rating goes specifically to 'Corvette Tommy' and Howard in the service department. Outstanding job gentlemen! I purchased a brand new Corvette Stingray from Ferman. Beautiful car, but had a rattle that would come about every once in a while. Frustrating thing was it seemed every time I took it by the dealership, it wouldn't make the noise(go figure, right?). Have to give Tommy and Howard credit for continuing the search each and every time I brought my vehicle in. They really did make me feel like I was their only cust... read more
