Brought a car in for evaluation. Howard, the service Rep who handled my visit was very congenial and an effective listener. He went beyond my expectations with how thorough he went about having my Wife's Chevy Trax examined, So much so that when he notified us that we could come pick up the Trax, I dropped off my Corvette for similar service.
