Excellent service department! My service advisor, Tom, was as usual excellent. He answered all my questions and provided specific and helpful information. And, as usual, the work done on my minivan was excellent. Best service department I've even been to (and I've been on this earth for quite awhile)!

GOOD EXPERIENCE BUYING A NEW CAR I saw two Jeeps in stock on the internet, so the wife and I drove to Ferman's in Lutz, FL to look the car over. From when we entered the dealership everyone wanted to help us get accomplished what we came for. We were assigned a salesperson, Guy Wallis, and he was fantastic. There was no high pressure sales. Easy to deal with! Don, the salesman, was extremely patient and knowledgeable with my son who was purchasing his first new vehicle. The staff at Ferman doesn't high pressure you but does everything they can to get you into the vehicle you want.
