All Around Amazing Experience There is nothing but positive comments I can state about Ferman- Tampa. The experience began with an online search, where the site was easy to navigate. I entered my contact information with intentions on trading in my car, and also anticipation of purchasing a new one. Worth the Trip! I live in Atlanta and my daughter wasn't looking for a Jeep Patriot. We found a great deal at Ferman. Ken Gilliam, our fabulous sales rep, was so kind with my one million phone calls and questions. He even picked us up at the airport! We bought the Jeep and couldn't be happier! We also had a great experience with Gonca who did all of the paperwork. Normally that's boring but she made it easy and interesting! Couldn't t recommend this dealership enough!! We will be back...

Got the job done! I feel that my Jeep is now in good hands at Ferman. Nécessaire maintenance was handled on time. My estimation of this dealership has improved exponentially since working with Troy.

Fit me in Brian fit me in for an oil change and he rotated my tires but my tires only have 32 lbs of air and I was told to keep 38 lbs in them so I don't think they checked the air pressure or their gauge is wrong. I really wanted to give 5 stars but with the low tires I can"t. Cause now I have to go elsewhere to get air in my tires and that isn't too easy anymore these days.

Oil change I went in for an oil change. I was greeted with friendly service and waited for the vehicle in the lounge area. Service was performed in an hour or less. Excellent job.

First Service for a new car. I was in for my cars first service. I was satified, work was done quickly and it was a Saturday. I left happy. There really nothing else to say.
