Great service from Troy! Troy was great! Very helpful and kept me updated. Most of the service advisors I’ve dealt with treat women like they don’t have a clue what they are talking about but, Troy treated me with great respect. He will be the only advisor I schedule with from now on!

Arranged to go in for recall and this place was exceptional. Troy was great in returning calls and forwarding e-mail. I arranged to drop it off the night before for a 9 am appt. and I got a call that it was done by that appt. time. I was so excited. Thanks again!

Treated like royalty. I have never been treat so well at any other dealership. Everything was explained. No hassles at check in. Was brought to an area that had great seating, coffee, etc. Even had an employee offering customers snacks while we waited. Took care of my service quickly and I was on my way. Top notch customer service.

Service for Battery drain and Instrument cluster waking up. As always, our experience since we purchased this car with the service department has been excellent. The last visit involved problems that would drive even a seasoned technician nuts. Not overly complicated but the type that are very difficult to troubleshoot. I made my career as an engineer troubleshooting difficult issues in complex machines so I feel their pain.
