Good service as usual. I was there simply for an oil change. They were prompt with the service and very friendly. I was waiting for the car...but not an unusually long time.

Excellent Customer Service My family and I are from Naples FL, we were traveling North on I 75 when we got hit with a flying metal projectile that caused some damage to our vehicle. We called Ferman Chrysler Jeep and Karl Alvarez, the Sales Manager happened to answer the phone at 8PM on the Friday night of Memorial Day weekend. Excellent service department! My service advisor, Tom, was as usual excellent. He answered all my questions and provided specific and helpful information. And, as usual, the work done on my minivan was excellent. Best service department I've even been to (and I've been on this earth for quite awhile)!

GOOD EXPERIENCE BUYING A NEW CAR I saw two Jeeps in stock on the internet, so the wife and I drove to Ferman's in Lutz, FL to look the car over.
