Truly attentive and willing to help I purchased a Chrysler Pacifica about 1 year ago. Generally happy with the car, however from day 1 we had an issue where the AC will start blowing warm air intermittently. I brought the car to 4 different dealerships that were never able to reproduce or I should say never really took the effort to reproduce. Finally at Ferman they kept my car over a weekend and identified the issue. They replaced the compressor under warranty and I haven't had the issue since. I must add that their lounge ... read more

Great Service on short notice. I had to travel across the state for a funeral and needed to have my Jeep checked out before the trip, Ferman was able to get me in and not only checked everything but found a recall and did the repair. The personnel were extremely friendly and the service was done in a very short time.

2014 Dodge Dart gear shift problem I was very happy with the fact I was a me to have my car towed at no expense since it was under 10 miles and also that I was able to get a loaner from the dealership which helped since I needed to continue with my daily routine and chores. My experience overall with the dealership was excellent. I am not happy that something broke on my car that seems like it should have lasted longer. Treated like royalty. I have never been treat so well at any other dealership. Everything was explained. No hassles at check in. Was brought to an area that had great seating, coffee, etc. Even had an employee offering customers snacks while we waited. Took care of my service quickly and I was on my way.
