I dealt with Michale Fick and was sold services that were covered under the manufacturer warranty. I was given a hefty invoice and had to pay before I could get my vehicle back. When asked for Dodge NPR to confirm that these services on my vehicle were covered under the manufacturer or extended warranty, I was told it's not their problem, to pay out of pocket and submit your own invoice and pray to get paid back . Not good feel like I was robbed my car is not close to what I ordered
My review was removed because I was honest, my engine light came on 3 days after purchase of a brand new car, and I was reversed into by one of the employees in the parking lot.
My first experience was good my last one wasn't and the employees need to learn how to drive.
Just upset that they ran my credit through 6 different banks till they used my pre-approval, witch approved me for the vehicle.

I arrived looking for a used car and I left with a new car, I had already gone to other dealerships and they all told me that I couldn't get a new car
Not happy with the loan rate l was given. Was not given the opportunity to negotiate a better interest rate.
