Our family has purchased several new cars (Chevrolet) from Ferman in the past. This is the third automobile we have purchased from the Chrysler-Dodge location in New Port Richey, and we were very satisfied with our vehicles. They were friendly and business-like during the entire transaction. We would recommend this dealership.

I originally walked into this dealership a few months ago looking for a used Jeep. Roy was very helpful and laid out many options for me, both new and used, but never made me feel obligated to go one way or the other. He listened to what I had to say and what our wants and needs were and he gave me his honest recommendations. It was a good experience buying from Ferman even though it was quite a drive from Tampa. The salesman, Charlie Pitcock, worked for the sale. He called me, set up an appointment and followed up with e-mail. He knew his inventory and guided me to the car I wanted. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and Charlie. He was an awesome sales representative and help me with everything I needed. With living some distance away we were able to communicate through email and work out an awesome deal that nobody else could come close too. All we had to do was drive up there sign the paper work and we were off with a brand new 2011 Dodge Nitro.

My husband and I have been searching online for the past 3 months for the perfect truck with very specific requirements. It has to have this, it has to have that, the price has to be this, the mileage has to be under this, etc.... We found only a few that fit our needs and began our journey from Sarasota. Out of the 11 cars my husband and I have purchased, I will have to say that purchasing thru Charlie Pitcock at Ferman was the most wonderful car purchase experiences we have ever had. I bought a new SUV for me and a used SUV for my daughter. Greg Hiland was informative but not pushy. He bent over backwards to help. The finance and service guys were equally as professional. The entire staff worked as a team. It is obvious that Ferman has created a great work environment. I couldn’t be happier with my vehicles or who I bought them from.

Greg Hiland, our sales associate, worked very hard for us to come up with a vehicle that suited our needs. He was very easy to talk with and understood that we had high expecations regarding the price of the new car as well. He also worked to get us a good amount for our trade. As a result, we LOVE our new Jeep and would recommend him in the future.
