I called and left numerous messages for service managers regarding protocol on my Chevy Volt as we are new to area Never ever a call back Very disappointed Will take our business elsewhere
I had a 3:00 appointment for an oil change. I was told my wait would be an hour to an hour and a half. 2 hours later, I go to ask what the status is and am told my vehicle is just now on the lift and being worked on. 4 customers that came in after me, left before me. Well after having my car for no more than 2 1/2 months my sunroof started leaking. I took my car to the dealership told them what was happening and they said leave your car here and we'll take care of it...mind you I have warranty on the car so I was expecting it to get fixed. Weaving in and out of lanes, I saw them cut 2 people off, and speeding through a school zone. Then we ended up at the same light, so I took this picture. I just thought you should know. I am so frustrated with this dealership. I purchased my 2012 Camaro RS in late 2011 and was looking to trade him in (paid off) and I went yesterday found a use truck (I own a horse farm now) I told him I can't go over a specific amount a month and I wanted at least a 1 year warranty. they couldn't do it so I left. overcharged for work. poor quality repair. didn't tighten transmission cooler lines and all leaked out burning out transmission. Terrible repair shop. also found where my new condenser was a refurbished part not new.
When I bought my new truck I noticed that the steering wheel was messed up. When I pointed this out they promised they would fix it. That was a lie. I called several times and showed up at the dealership 3 times. Each time they told me they had to get approval and would call me back. They NEVER called me back. Poor customer service and will lie to your face to close the deal. I would avoid Ferman Chevrolet.
Bought a truck there and had a couple scratches and a dent that they said they would fix if I purchased the vehicle. Bought the truck and had to bring it back so they could fix it. They gave me a rental and they said it would be quick. It took 4 days to get done. They called and said it was ready for pickup. Got there and 1st of all the truck was filthy from the body work they did. Second of all two of the deep scratches were not fixed and was told to bring the truck back yet another time.
