RecommendedAfter 16.5 years my Blazer died. Looked all over for a new vehicle, driving the loaner Ferman had provided! I decided on the 2018 Equinox. My experience was so good my mother traded in her vehicle for a new Sonic the same day! Brian in Service and Nikkos in Sales were absolutely terrific. Their service played a role in both my and my mom's decision to buy from Ferman. I can only hope that our future dealings with them are just as good. Finance was a litle slow and Tonsil was nice if not a little rough around the edges.
They always explain any work that needs to be done and with a timely manner. The waiting area is very clean and plenty of seating area. I will continue to bring my car in for service and buy another car from them when the time comes. Not all dealerships can sell and service cars with friendly and expertise as they do.
They were very quick. My last experience was not good but they made up for it this visit.
I have bought 3 Equinoxs in the past 7 years, and I am very happy with them. My sales person Pedro (Pete), was awesome. Found me the best deal, for my budget. My service man Bryan W, is excellent also. Never a problem. Having the service plan is the way to go, Also gotta give respect to previous Sm Bill Sutton. Ferman is the place for Chevrolets
