I bought my Cruze at Ferman after an unpleasant experience at a competing dealership. It recently went in for it's first service and I'm pleased to say that both the buying and service experiences were truly wonderful! Given that I have to drive an additional 40 minutes to bring my car in and wait for it to be finished, the quality of service makes it worth it! I would recommend this dealership in a heartbeat and will most likely be a repeat customer as long as I'm in the area!
