Great experience Today I traded in my 2013 Grand Cherokee Laredo for a 2016 Wrangler unlimited four door. The experience was seamless, no haggling, no stress, no anxiety. What I got was a very fair price for my trade and they even discounted the wrangler.. Good company, Roy Faulkner was our sales person and did a great job in creating the agreement The company was able to show me a great desire in finishing and completing,the need tasks to complete the transfer as I'm a RVer's and systems needed to be moved from the old to the new. Buying a new Truck Very satisfying buying experience with Ferman. 3rd vehicle we have purchased there, and our salesperson was very helpful and accommodating. Called Roy Faulkner and told him the color and type of truck we were searching for, and he came up with a winner! Doing the paperwork took a little longer than we expected, but we were trading in two vehicles, so it wasn't unexpected.
Exceptional Customer Service Every time I come to this dealership I am always greeted with a smile and asked how I can be better served. I just recently switched the title on my car and needed help understanding what benefits would be transferred and what wouldn't be as well as being informed if I'd be receiving any refund.
