I'm not one to complain but when you pay 70k for a 2018 corvette and your dealership holds your car for a week and fails to replace a tire, I'm complaining. But wait, this isn’t the first time; this is the 2nd time Ferman Chevrolet in Tampa Florida has failed in customer Service. Their service is horrendous. They had our car for seven weeks (YES, almost two months) for warranty work. Excuses about having to ship parts from Detroit, parts arrived, but damaged, had to reorder, only one mechanic certified to work on Volts - the excuse that it's new technology; which it is NOT - the Volt has been out for years now. Then, when we finally got it back, the front end alignment was out (we'd just had it done at our mechanic and it was perfect). RecommendedI just bought a brand new 2018 Chevy Cruze redline edition on Sunday (03-11-2018) It only had 2 miles on the car when I drove it off the lot. Before we signed the papers we noticed there was a small scratch on the back bumper. So they noted it in the paper work and said they'd have it fixed. Customer service is horrible, scheduled an appoint to have my vehicle checked and was told i would be getting a courtesy loaner car since i am still under warranty. Showed up to the appointment and no loaner car available when i was told it would be ready. Departments definable do not communicate with each other, was told i could drop my vehicle off and pick it up when ready, like i have another car to get around. Ryan in Service is the reason people call dealerships "stealerships". He absolutely scared my daughter into saying yes to get BS work done, that had nothing to do with the issue she was having, and then, to add to it, he said it needed something done that was just done a week ago at a different shop. Frustrated had appoiment for a service problem was told it would take two hours for our problem. After the two hours it appeared they just started to work on it because my husband was called out to the vehicle. It took another hour only to not have the problem fixed on a new car we are still not able to use Android auto when it worked for about a month and now dosent.
