Their customer service is horrible. You will never get a call back from any supervisor. Lack of communication within the company will cause numerous wasted trips to the dealership on your part. Once you have signed the dotted line they have no time for you. More worried about making a dollar than keeping a life long customer. Sad.
I'm new to the area and need my original hitch replaced on my 2006 Yukon. Ten days ago I called the parts department to ensure the dealership could still get the part for my 12 year-old truck. I have been trying to get warranty work done on my car for weeks and still after several inconvenient trips to your shop it's still not done. The loaner I was given developed engine failure while I had it and the promise of a tank of gas for the inconvenience offered by your service manager was not kept. The level of service I have been getting by your dealership is starting to create doubt as to whether I ever want to do business at Ferman again.
I will never take my truck back to Furman took four hours to get a oil change and then try to get information on my truck nobody would tell me nothing and then the service man talking to his mechanic like that the technician was uncalled for if I was at technician had it turned around slap that Service man babe I'm never seeing me in there again service with a real bad 30 minute oil change turners into a four hour oil change

Stay away from Service Department or at the very least get a 2nd opinion. I could have saved $800, plus the frustration of being called a liar by their service representative. They replaced my wiring harnesses to the speed sensors on the front wheel hubs. Then 30 miles later, the same idiot lights went on and the said it was a bad wheel hub. When I took it to a NAPA dealer for the warranty work on the hub they replaced in December, they said it wasn't bad,that the code they scanned said a bad speed sensor. Fixed it for $75 a... read more
Brought my car in to have a head light changed and some other service. Few weeks later and now neither headlight is working. Trying to schedule an appointment is pointless and now I'll have to pay for someone else to fix it. Edited 4/1 bc Tommy was able to offer a huge hand. Will update again when everything is resolved. So far: Tommy 5 stars. Ferman 3.
Brought my car in because it wouldn't start. They kept it 3 weeks! I got a call saying it was ready to be picked up. Went in to pick it up and they had flooded the inside of my car, the drivers seat was ripped up, water was standing on the dash board. I showed the service man and he didn't have anything to say.
