RecommendedBrian my advisor was Great. He has been since I've been placed since my first advisor left Ferman. My problem was with a tech I came in for an oil change with an appointment. After an hr and half wait passed I proceeded to go outside and seen my car on lift. The tech joesph was no where around for the first 15 mins so I started to record. Worst service ever. Brought car in twice and neither time would anyone help me. Came in early for a 4 pm appt. Gary said "Sorry, can't help you, I just clocked out for lunch." The manager was scolding the guy next door, so could not talk to him. Got sent to a 3rd person who just stared at me and did nothing. Called Stingray Chevy, who said come in immediately and we will give you a loaner. Had everything fixed in an hour. Only had the car 2 months and will never go back to Ferman for service ever again. Appointment made for 1030. Arrived 15 mins early, told that it would be 1.5 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. At noon I went to check status and was told my truck was next in line and it would be 30 minutes. Why schedule an appointment if you don't intend to keep it. It's currently 1245 and I'm still waiting.
Bruce is the worst service advisor in the world. My car has been there 3 times and Bruce trys to make u look like liar. He doesn't help u and we called him many times. He didn't pick up so we drove there. As we see him in the office we call again to see no answer. But the minute he sees us he picks up the phone lol. I had video of what my car was doing and he still tried to say I made it up really. Get a life I will not be bring my car back there. I will travel to another one. Took my car to shop for a recall 3 weeks ago from there nothing but problem had to take car back because engine light and tire light wouldn't go off now get my car back its like my tired going to fall off
Horrible experience with work being done on my car. Exact same work being done for the second time exactly a year after it was done the first time. They also lied about what work they had to do on the car. 3 weeks of my car being in the shop.
I wish I could give it zero stars, or maybe a minus 1. Worst service experience ever!! Bought a $70,000 Reaper Truck and have only had it for a few months...most of which I've been waiting for parts and/or service. Been dealing with this issue since August!!! After seeing other reviews, all I can say is go somewhere else. If buying the most expensive truck on the lot doesn't get you good service...good luck with your Corvette or Camaro.
