"GMC car buying experience " The biggest headache of buying a vehicle is the LONG process after the deal is struck. This was as quick of a process as I have ever experienced. Prior to the deal being struck, there was a bit of a 'cat and mouse' game going on but for the most part that was to be expected. "I didn't know Todd when I purchased my Enclave from him..." I didn't know Todd when I purchased my Enclave from him in Nov 2010. He has alway helped arrange a car for me while mine was in service. However, tonight he went above & beyond the call of duty. My car over heated. He brought me a car to my location on his day off & waited with me until OnStar provided us with a tow truck to take my car back to the dealership. Now that's SERVICE!!
