"True customer service culture" Our experience, hands down, was the best auto buying experience ever. The customer service culture at this dealership would be tough to match. Not forced, not faked, even Ferman associates not directly involved with our purchase made us feel more than at home. Tony Parrado worked out our deal that I was more than satisfied with. He took time to cover the many features of our new trucks communication / radio system and even paired my phone while I signed papers.
"Very happy Customer" When I first entered the dealership it was just to look and test drive the GMC Canyon, the salesman was so nice and gave me a price that I just could not pass up, so I drove home that day with a brand new GMC canyon. the vehicle gets complements all the time.
