"Service" Any issues that arose during the process of getting my vehicle fixed were well handled by the manager. Parts were not in shop so I was told they would call me when the parts came in but never called me. Was never given explanation why. Called the manager and he made sure I was scheduled for the next available day and time.
"Service" I had set up for an oil change and a recall to be done on my Terrain. I was told it would take around 2 hours to get everything done. They did it in an hour and fifteen minutes. I was able to get on with my day much earlier.
"Failed to march coupon" I showed uo on a sat with an appointment but the system assigned me to the jeep side. They fit me in with my apointment but did not make the competitors coupon I presented. That coupon was from another dealership for a full synthetic oil change for 22.95 with a tire rotation. I was told by the service writer and senior service writer they could not match. "Lack of communication " Would not recommend Ferman GMC for service. The communication and service was sub par and I have had much better service from other GMC dealerships.
"Not good customer service " I had an appt for 8 am on 6/28/18. I dropped it off at 7:45. Waited 3 ½ hours and the service writer knew I was waiting for vehicle. Simple oil check due to possible leak. Was told theboils change was done and that they were looking into my noise complaint. Mind you I walked around and saw where my truck was parked at. "Car came back with AC unfunctional" Brought car in as front ac was not blowing. Quoted $3700 to fix the rear and declined service as we debated trading in for a new car. Drove the car away and AC button flashed and no longer worked at all. Service department claimed all Freon leaked and would not replace Freon unless I paid for it. Took it to Christian Brothers and they refilled Freon free of charge and it’s blowing cold air and working great. Will never use this dealership again!
"The guy I was assigned too was very in organized" The service man who checked me in was very disorganized and when he call d to tell me my car was ready he didn’t even tell me anything wrong till I asked him and then he called back and when over the report. I had oa Keep Checking on my car her never called me . Checked me in as the wrong person . Just seemed lost
"They had me drive 3hrs for nothing!" I was intersted in a used car thay had on the lot. I contacted the company via email. We conversed for a few days and came up with an OTD price for the vehicle. I recieved a verification number with a "Fast Pass" and a appointment time. I drove 3hrs from my home town to meet with one of the sales reps. When I arrived he told that the vehicle was already taken to an auction in the morning. They offered to get the vehicle for me until they realized my negotiated price via the internet. "Worst Experience Ever " They confirmed my appointment and the vehicle I was coming to see that morning. When I arrived after driving almost an hour they had sold the vehicle and were extremely rude to me. They did not offer any type of help after this. I left and went to another dealership with much better service only a short drive away. If I was able to give them a negative star rating I would have.
