Really poor customer service. Was told repair would be done on Monday. Three Mondays later it was complete under warranty. No loaner vehicle offered until four days until completion. Three year old 52,000 mile gmc 1500 Denali desiel.

These people sold my mother a $75,000 lemon with bad running gear since she drove it off the lot. The cars been diagnosed by multiple shops and 6 different times here a CJDR of wesley chapel. The car needs a new transmission, transfer case, t-case module,labor, and work wages lost only to be pushed off. Ive asked for emails and contact info to reimburse her $10,000 in cash money or reverse her deal plus current payments paid to bank, instead ive gotten the cold shoulder. "Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever..." Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my 80 years of life, You leave your car and then attempt to contact the service rep after waiting for hours to hear something and all you can do is leave a message - then they never return you call to give you an update. NEVER USE THIS DEALER FOR ANY SERVICE!

We were unable to complete the process due to the dishonorable practice of the dealership. Primarily with the price on the web is NOT the price they offer it to you for. It is $1,000 more. In their defense they did have a disclaimer that you had to go through two different fine print links to find this out. "The absolute worst customer service I’ve had in all my 49..." The absolute worst customer service I’ve had in all my 49 plus years of living. Please stay away from them. I called check on the online application I did, they couldn’t find it. The. when i called and asked them to withdraw my application, the salesman Justin hung up in my face. "Ferman the worst dealer experience with service EVER" After having the BEST buying experience MIKE the salesman retired but he was great then service was horrible from the advisor refusing to help me to the fact they do not even torque the wheels last time the GREEN team punched the NEW cabin filter and said its dirty ,DUH its grey because it has charcoal in it so I asked why they even did that and the tech said lets get this PIECE OF CRAP OUT OF HERE i drove to lakeland and heard a noise the tick only put 1 of 5 or 6 screw... read more

"Ovetall good" Your waiting room is the worst I have seen Even the TV was off and when it was on months ago it was on some internet channel. Customers deserve better treatment. The buick dealetship on Hillsbourgh has one of the best waiting rooms I have ever seen. I dred going to Ferman knowing that you have to wait in that room. Service and Customer service top notch.

"Fix inoperable windiw" They took my car in right on time, serviced it, call to check my insurance for me to see if what's covered at all and I was done and pretty much the same time they told me it would take.
